It has been 10 very long days since my last post. Our internet went out after dying a slow death over the past 6 weeks (and may not be back fully, so hang tight). While it was kind of refreshing to be unplugged for a while, it came at a really busy time. So if you’ve sent me an email in the past few weeks that I haven’t gotten back to, I’m trying to sift through it all I promise.
So what did we miss? Well, Alex’s birthday and Easter celebrations (I’ll get to editing those posts soon), the BOPS awards (congrats Where Wishes Come From!) and lots of other fun stuff including being featured on the Travelodge blog with several other members of the Irish Parenting Bloggers Group giving tips for actvities over the Easter Holidays. This really cute infographic is actually pretty good year round (except for the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party). We suggested that toddlers hanging out in Dublin city centre would get a kick out of the Natural History Museum. It’s one of our favourite places and there’s always something new and interested to discover in the display cases, be it a funny little bug or a great big moose!
Thanks to Travelodge for inviting me to contribute. If you do end up going to the Natural History Museum or any of the other fun spots for kids suggested, let me know how it goes!
