There’s not much to be said about these photos (and the few I posted on Instagram during the week). The weather has been glorious and we are having so much fun in the garden and even broke out the paddling pool! They had a blast and I could barely get Alex out of the pool. He dried off, ate his dinner, stripped down again and was back in the pool without any clothes before I knew it! Oh, and in that last photo Alex fell backwards, jumped up and said “I’m OK!” and kept on splashing and throwing himself in the water…just in case it looks like he’s in serious peril to anyone out there.
I’m really enjoying this weekly photo/Living Arrows project. I have had a terrible couple of days (despite the weather). I was sick, our fish died, I failed my driving test and was generally cranky about the world until I saw these photos. Here’s hoping this isn’t the last we’ll see of summer!
